During most of my professional career I worked for a Fortune 500 Company that consistently set the gold standard for service and success. I learned that the most important part of any business is to make sure the customer is given a level of service that exceeds their expectations. It is not enough to simply meet the level of service the costumer anticipated but to provide more. After 17 years of being part of creating and sharing new technology that changed the way we interact and do business I decided to embark on a new path. A path where I can put the skills and knowledge I was fortunate enough to acquire to a new challenge and the obvious choice was Real Estate!

One of best experience I ever had with realtor. Mike helped us so much with our second home at Wilmington. Charlotte is far, so he had to do much of work to help us to set up our new home, such as inspection and more. He was there alway and took care of it as if it is his home. We actually were looking to buy another place and at the 11th hour had to pull away due to COVID. I was surprised by his approach on being kind, and calm, and recognizing it was not the best time for this kind of investment.
He assured us that another opportunity would present itself in the right timeframe. I was very appreciative of this approach and not acting like some sale people that only care about the deal and trying to close us on something we were not prepared to commit based on the COVID event.
As fate would have it. The right place open at the right time a few month later and we closed just in time for the 4th of July!
